A Trip and Christmas

Hello blog friends!
It has been several months since posting
and sharing my home and life.
My journey began September 8th at Sky Harbor Airport.  Green Bay, Wisconsin was my part of my destination. My brother Ken, picked me up and we drove to the north woods in Langlade county wherepine trees grow and some of the most beautifulfall and winter seasons take place.

Presently I am home for Christmas. January 4th I return for 8 more weeks then home again (March 1st) for good.  The above photo was taken
during the early November snow storm that left us with
9 inches of the fluffy white.
It was beautiful to say the least.

It has been wonderful spending time with my parents, helping my
sister and keeping and eye on the homefront for my brother.
At the same time missing my family terribly here in the valley of the sun, Arizona.

My desire is to start blogging again when I return.
To all of my followers and new visitors: Thank you for stopping by and leaving comments.
Keep Christmas in your heart all year 'round.

And remember Jesus is the reason for the season!
Many blessings to all of you this Christmas
and Always!

  1. Oh Linda how wonderful to hear from you! Sounds like you are on a crazy roller coaster of a ride from Wisconsin to Arizona! Wow, you are busy, busy, busy. I hope both of your parents are well and you are enjoying seeing your family.

Life keeps us busy sometimes. What am I talking about, busy all the time! That's okay though, I tend to get in trouble when left to my own devices for too long...

Have the most wonderful Christmas. I hope you are able to spend time with those gorgeous grandkids of yours. We have no snow here, and I guess we are supposed to be up to 45 degrees on Christmas Day. I feel kind of like I live in Missouri instead of Minnesota! I so wish it looked like your picture around here.

Have a Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas!

  7. Hello Linda!
I am wondering if your brother's tree looks like that now! We had a very brown Christmas here. It was very sad, but now that Christmas has come and gone, why snow now? I am kind of getting used to these warm temps in the middle of the winter. We have been very spoled!

Hope you are having a wonderful start to the year 2012. And getting loads of time with your sweet grandkids. My kids sleep over with my parents pretty much every Saturday night. They love it, and if the kids miss a week, I get a phone call on Saturday afternoon saying the kids have been missed and need to come. (Totally forgetting that we had Sunday dinner at their house after church, and then again on Wednesday, and usually hook up on Friday night too.)Gotta love grandparents!

Praying that all is well with you and your family, and especially with your parents. And I hope that you are able to find time to create all your lovely creations! I still use your sweet clutch!
