Brighten~Up

Alot has been going on in our household! Family visiting from Wisconsin, driving grankids to and from school, spring cleaning, a little painting, finishing small projects, so who isn't busy these days?
We have spring in the southwest! I hear birds chirping everyday now. Soon, they will head north to their summer home. The weather is getting a little warmer, but it is beautiful. No wonder the 'snow birds' come here!

Here is a little project I finished!
Before~

Behind the kids are two cabinets that hold the TV.
It needed a fresh coat of paint and a little distrressing.
Here is the finished product:

After~
I inserted behind the glass French document fabric
that was used for pillows and a valance, to cover all of our electronic
equipment.

The two cabinets, originally used for TV stands anyway, one purchased for $25 on Craigslist and the other our son gave us. I'm happy with the way it turned out. And the document fabric hides all the wires and equipment!

We have so much to be thankful for these days.
Remember the country of Japan in your prayers and thoughts.
Bless you for stopping by.

If you are attending please leave a comment on that post.

    Thank you and be blessed!
