LIFE

All of us are busy. With school starting, summer is coming to a close, our

economy isn't what it use to be and the list goes on.

So here is my excuse: Wife of almost 40 years, mother of two really neat kids,

(who are not kids, they are in their mid 30's), grandmother to 5

beautiful children, cook, chauffer, advisor, counselor, well, you get the
picture. Life is what it is. My sweet little blog has come in fourth or fifth on my list of priorities. No, I'm not closing, just slowing down to a crawl with posting. I've never felt I needed to give apologies for not posting or not being creative enough here. There are over 600 followers looking for inspiration and connection. Well, here it is blog friends. Our connection is mainly family and keeping our homes a fun and loving place to come to at the end of the day and share our experiences as a family.  My blog hopping has come to a virtual halt. I'm just saying what I post in weeks to come will be fewer. Not that I haven't appreciated every comment, every visit, every email that has come by. And best of all friendships that have been growing! Bear with me over the next few months while I post. With the holidays just a couple months away, I look forward to posting things we are doing with family and around the house.
Thank you all so much for your visits and comments. All of you are a light in our blogging world.  Happiness and goodness to you!

I have so enjoyed your blog, I always look forward to what you have new on your blog and I checked it everyday!I think it is a way of spending time with my dear sister who is soooo far away!
You are sooo talented. I love the way you write things. And all of your craft ideas!
But I understand the priorities, 'more important things in life' must come first!
Sometimes you just have to take some time out for yourself!
I will miss my daily visits to your Blog. I will just have to call and e-mail more often, to see what projects you are working on!!

    Your sister....

  10. I learned along time ago to never apologize for life. We all have time, we need to use it as we see fit. Your blog is lovely and I will cherish every entry whether daily, monthly, yearly or anything in between.
