Hi Linda:
ReplyDeleteGrowing up with a British mum, there was always lamb on the dinner table. Since I took up knitting, I've revolted against family tradition. I'd much rather look at these sweet animals than eat them now.
The needle felted sheep are so wonderful. Such talented people in this world. Thanks for showing two more.
Have a great day, my friend.
xoxo

Robin, I have a "thing" for sheep and lambs too!
ReplyDeleteEspecially the black ones. They really steal my heart.

I love sweet little lambies--these are all so precious! Hope you're having a beautiful weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe little lambs are adorable!
ReplyDeleteWe raise lambs and have several new babies!
Yesterday they had the crossing of the goats and sheep here and there were thousands of them running through the streets, so sweet, especially the baby ones. They have them graze in areas to keep the grass down.

ps. love your new blog design!!! It is absolutely soooo you! ...and I simply must say, very inspiring ~
ReplyDeleteI love lambs! When I was a little girl I had a stuffed lamb, her name was Journey. I named her that because we lived 4 hours away from my parents retirement home. We would travel "up North" almost every other weekend. And for a 6 year old that was quite a "Journey" for us. When Dad retired from the Navy our journeys up North ended, we finally made "up North" our home. Journey still lives up North" 45 years later!! Lambs are adorable!! EEEK!
ReplyDeleteLove, your sister

The lambs area wonderful...I made a needle felted sheep and it disappeared one day, I found it under the sofa. A very guilty looking cat was nonchalantly passing by...hmmmm! Let's just say it needs a little repair.
